Definitions
1.0 The "Company" Means Northants Bouncy Castle Hire.
1.1 The "Client" Means the person company or organisation booking the equipment.
1.2 The equipment is anything that the Company has supplied to the Client for hire and is owned by the Company.
Bookings
2.0 All equipment provided by the company is owned by the company at all times.
2.1 Bookings with the company online or verbally the client is bound to the company terms and conditions of the hire.
2.2 The company cannot and will not be held responsible for the clients errors on booking forms with locations dates times and surface or accessibility and is fully chargeable at market value.
2.3 Upon arrival if the company cannot set up because it is not safe or suitable and the client had not made company aware then the client will still be liable for the full cost of hire, For example the area is not the correct size or it is on the wrong surface type or we cannot access the area safely.

3.0 Please note all persons using the equipment supplied by the company do so at their own risk, The
client is fully responsible/liable for any lost theft or damage to the equipment or any injury occurring from or as a result of any misuse of the equipment supplied by the company the following guidelines are for the safety of all users and is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure they are adhered to by all users, the company cannot and will not be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage caused by misuse of the supplied equipment.
Conditions of hire
4.0 It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all equipment supplied by the company is supervised by an adult AT ALL TIMES.
4.1 All equipment has a maximum age/height limit this can be found on the castle and website(select castle and go to suitability) and will also be shown to you by the company on delivery.
4.2 No food, drink toys pets or sharp objects to be taken onto the equipment supplied by the company, This also includes face paints.
4.3 All users must remove shoes glasses pin on badges and jewellery before using the equipment supplied by the company.
4.4 No climbing on the side walls or back wall and no climbing on top of the slide roof or stacking soft play and climbing.
4.5 No water or hose pipes permitted on any inflatables at any time as well as no washing up liquid, Clients are liable for drying time costs of £20 per hour should the equipment be wet on a dry day collection.
4.6 No use of party poppers silly string confetti glitter or face paints or other ink based products to be used on any of the company products, All the items mentioned can cause staining to the products and can be very difficult to remove , The cost of cleaning will be £30 a hour however if not removable the full cost of repair or replacement are liable to the client.
4.7 Please ensure safety mats provided remain in the areas set up by the company.
4.8 Do not allow and heat or fire sources near the inflatables/equipment provided by the company this includes BBQ Cigarettes patio heaters fireworks lighters matches or similar.
4.9 Ensure their is no horseplay ,fighting, pushing or behaving in a manor that could cause injury or distress others.
4.10 If you are using slides please make sure 1 person at a time with feet first, If using obstacle course must be used in a one way system to avoid any injury's.
4.11 If users have suffered from back or neck problems or heart problems or feel unwell or who are pregnant are not permitted to use the equipment.
4.12 No persons under the influence of alcohol drugs or any other intoxicating substances are allowed to use any of the company equipment.
4.13 The client is in no way to move or resite any inflatable or fixed down product once the company have left the premises.
4.14 The company has the right to refuse any hire at any point in time upon arrival to the premises of the client, our staff will not tolerate any abusive or aggressive behaviour.
4.15 The company has the right to refuse hire or overnight hire if the premises is deemed unsecure this is at the discretion of the company.
4.16 The client agree to pay the full cost of the repair including carriage to and from the manufacture for any damage cause to the equipment whether malicious or accidental by human, animal or any other, other than the normal wear and tear during the duration of the hire period.
4.17 The client must check periodically that all anchor points are firmly sited into the ground if unsure the client must contact the company for help and advise.
4.18 Keep children and all loose items clear from the fans and electrical equipment by the company.
4.19 The Client is responsible to ensure the site is clear from animal foul, sharp objects and clear access is available for delivery, failure to do so may end up with the company refusing to hire.
4.20 The client is responsible to ensure adequate and safe 240v ac mains is available on delivery, the company cannot be held responsible for power failure or loss of power from the client and no compensation will be paid by the company.
4.21 It is the clients responsibility to ensure the fan has no obstructions or blocking the inlet cover in the event of a mechanical breakdown the client must contact the company immediately and a replacement will be supplied at the earliest possible time, any compensation will be paid pro rata of the hire period not including delivery charges. No other compensation will be held irrespective of expenses occurred.
4.22 Public land/shared land will require full land owners permission emailed to our office 24hours before your event.
4.3 Slush machines, Children under 7 are not to have ANY slush and children between 7-10 are to only have one slush drink. We cannot take any responsibility for any illness caused such as dehydration because of the ingredient's the slush syrup has.
4.4 Cancellation within 7 days the client will not be issued a refund and is liable to pay the balance of the hire, Unless a written email agreeing to a refund or a rebook.
4.4a Cancellation within 14 days The client will be given a credit note for the cost of the inflatable or the cost of the amount the client has paid so far. No refund will be given.
4.4b Cancellation over 14 days the customer will be given a credit note or a full refund depending on the clients request.
4.5 Wind speed or gusts exceeding 24mph gusts Northants Bouncy Castle Hire will cancel and you will be given a credit to rebook, We do not issue refunds and only the option to rebook, Unless we have agreed in writing to issue a refund if this happens.
4.6 Extra Hours, If you do not wish to have the product overnight but want a late collection (after 8pm) We will offer this option at an additional cost of £20 per hour extra.
Garden game additional items, Footballs hard balls, Bat, Tennis balls that are lost you will be charged on site for each item this price varys from£5 to £30 depending on the item.
