We used Northants BC Hire for our son’s birthday party in October, we would 100% recommend Jerry and his company, he was super helpful and kind with our questions, great delivery and pick up service. We booked the didi cars as well and I would fully recommend them as everyone had so much fun with them!!

Booked online after an initial conversation on the phone. Email confirmation came through quickly, and a call on the day to let us know what time they would be at the venue. Couldn’t have been easier and my 4 year old had a fantastic time with her friends. Will definitely use again.

Earls Barton Day Nursery has been using Northants Bouncy Castle Hire for the past 3 years. Jerry is very supportive and helpful when it comes to providing equipment for our open days. Brilliant company. Corporate event, just looking for a bouncy castle but Jerry brought everything, cornhole, shootout footie, bouncy castle, sumo wrestling set. Everything had been sanitised, was in great condition and the children loved it all. Jerry was so friendly, he interacted with the children, even playing tennis with them for a bit. He was also really professional and put the children's safety first, whenever it got a bit windy, he tested it and then would put down the bouncy castle to ensure nothing happened. Very impressed and would highly recommend this company.

Can highly recommend Northants Bouncy Castle Hire. We had the ‘party theme bounce and slide’ and the soft play and it was far better than anything we have used in the past. The children were highly entertained and the added Bluetooth speaker was perfect to play action songs and games. Children of all ages had everything they needed using both these products. Jerry was super friendly and fantastic communication to make booking/ setting up / clearing away perfect. We will be recommending you to everyone we know, thanks again!

I used Northampton Bouncy castle hire last weekend for the first time & they were fabulous. Jerry was great, his communication with helping me book the bouncy castle online was perfect. Jerry contacted me the day before to re confirm the times/ location for the bouncy castle hire. Jerry arrived on time, & the bouncy castle was super (just as described/pictured on the website.) When Jerry came to collect the bouncy castle my daughter was very keen to help deflate the castle, Jerry was great & let her help him deflate the bouncy castle. Can't recommend enough! Came recommended to us by a friend who's used them a few times as well. Really easy to book, great prices & great equipment. Our 4 year old & friends had a great time playing with the diddy cars, the bouncy castle & the soft play bits. Also, getting the kids involved in the setting up & taking down of the equipment was great, they loved it.

I couldn’t have asked for better service! I was struggling to find a suitable castle for our venue and Jerry couldn’t have been more helpful in trying to find one to work for the space! Without Northants Bouncy Castle, we wouldn’t have had a castle for our little girls party, so thank you! Communication was faultless from the start and they were prompt to arrive and pick up just as arranged. We also required additional things at the last minute and they were more than happy to help! We had a brilliant experience with our hire of the disco inflatable for our daughters birthday. Communication from the outset was friendly and professional, the inflatable was exactly as described and completely lived up to our expectations. It was clearly well cared for and clean, with setup and takeaway prompt and swift. Overall a very good experience, will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Fantastic totally honest/transparent service from the first communication to the collection after hire. Unfortunately on the day of our event we were unable to have the bouncy castle due to high wind speeds, however we were forewarned of this and kept up to date right up until the afternoon before our booking. We decided to continue with the soft play and ball pit for our 4 year old's party and it was absolute loved by all! Amazing quality kit. I called Jerry and discussed options. Jerry even offered a venue visit to check the castle would fit. Jerry checked in few days before the event to confirm details. Jerry turner up when he said he would. The castle was great quality and clean and looked brand new. No problems and Jerry collected when he said he would. I would definitely recommend... and check out the disco castles, new concept to me too but I'm sold on them and will be looking to book again.

I can 100% recommend Northampton Bouncy Castles.

Trying to think of a unique way to capture a 21st birthday celebration for both children and adults to enjoy, NBC replied to my enquiry extremely quickly with ideas and recommendations- and delivered within the short timescale I had.

They exceled themselves with customer service through out, answering all my queries immediately which gave me reassurance. On delivery they explained everything, and kept us fully updated for collection.

I will definitely be using them again.

We did a summer party at our school today and their service was incredible. They even gave us an extra bouncy castle for free as they'd had a cancellation earlier today. The kids loved all the castles which were all high quality and so much fun. Overall five stars from me!

Hired a bouncy castle over the weekend for my child’s party bouncy castle was delivered early in the morning and collected early evening so lots of time for the children to have fun on it. I hired the disco Dino which also comes with a speaker and disco lights which you can Bluetooth music to excellent value for money will definitely use again.

We hired the Paw Patrol castle for my sons 3rd Birthday. My children absolutely loved it and were upset when Jerry came to take it away! Jerry was great from start to finish in terms of initial response and contact, the pricing was fair and competitive, delivery and install was on time and very efficient. Jerry talked us through all of the safety aspects and information we needed to know as had the castle overnight. Collection was again on time and efficient. Would definitely recommend hiring from this company. The guys are very responsive to communication and very helpful. I had originally booked for an evening when the weather was so bad bo have it the next evening. Payment was really straightforward. We used Jerry for our 7 year olds birthday party. Lots of great options on different sizes and types of bouncy castles. We chose one with a slide, which the kids absolutely loved.
Agreed a set up time, to keep the surprise element, and it was delivered bang on time! Quality of castle was excellent, no issues at all, great day, and was collected bang on agreed time!
Would thoroughly recommend (already have some parents at our party, whom will be placing orders).

We've hired the "Slide" bouncy castle for our daughter's 3rd birthday. And had an amazing time on it. The bouncy castle was very clean, and perfect size for little ones and adults to have great fun on it.
Jerry was very professional and patient in explaining everything to me (i.e. setting up procedures, payment structure etc). On the day they have arrived within the promised time slot, had everything set up probably within 15 minutes. They wore masks and kept to all the current social distancing measures.
We will definitely be hiring their bouncy castles again.

We hired the bouncy Castle with the slide for my sons 9th birthday this weekend. Last year his party was cancelled due to lockdown restrictions so we decided to hire a bouncy castle to make up for last year and not being able to have a party again. I came across northants bouncy castle through a FB search and was immediately drawn to the slide. I contacted them and immediately Jerry came back to me with availability and costs. Communication was excellent and within the hour i think i had the castle booked! The castle arrived saturday morning and was spotlessly clean, ppe was worn and they also sanitised it after installing it. All safety procedures were followed and it was securley tethered down. My boys loved the castle and the slide was a great hit!! If they didnt have to return to school on Monday we would of kept it for a 3rd day!! Collection and pick up was smooth and was packed away in minutes. We cant wait to hire it again!!!

We phoned Northants Bouncy Castle Hire last week to hire a bouncy castle for our Garden for my daughters Birthday. From the outset, Jerry was incredibly helpful. We hired the Paw Patrol bouncy castle for the weekend. Jerry communicated with me over the next couple of days to confirm and arrange timings, safety and social distancing measures and how they would setup.

Jerry and Liam arrived nice and early on Saturday Morning and had the Bouncy Castle setup in about 20 mins. Safety was clearly at the forefront of Jerry's mind and he ensured the BC was tethered securely and that there were adequate matting and clearance and was disinfected before use; all the time wearing masks and maintaining distances for us. He explained fully the safety aspects and limitations which made me feel comfortable with the little ones going on.

The Castle itself was spotless, really bright and my daughter loved the Paw Patrol decor. It was also large enough for the older children as well as adults.

The photos attached tell their own story of the amount of fun had.

At the end of the weekend, the communication and collection was just as slick and professional and made the whole service simple to use.

I can not recommend this company highly enough. Great customer service brings repeat customers and we fully intend to use them again later in the year and recommend them to friends.
