Can bouncy castles be set up outside on hard surfaces?
We Normally do not set up on hard surfaces outside such as concrete tarmac, Although legally you can but it requires us to drill into the surface leaving you with permanent holes on the surface, This is costs a lot more due to the time required and purchases of the bolts, Again we don't like to do this but it is possible, if you was to do this you would need to contact us to see if this is possible, Indoor hard surface is absolutely fine as we do not have the weather to consider.

Artificial grass/fake grass, Again we can do this no problem but again you will be left with permanent holes in the ground and we do not accept any liability for any future damage to the area.

Can you use sandbags to hold the castle down?
NOPE NOPE AND NOPE! To put it in context outside we have winds and kids running from side to side in the castle, We peg the castle into the ground using large steel pegs on a 45 degree angle therefor stopping the kids tipping it over or winds picking the castle up from the ground, The bouncy castle has 6 anchor points on a small castle which each point should withhold 163kg, Sand bags that most people provide are between 5-20kg which are for indoor use to stop the castle sliding around, To use sandbags outside your going to need over 900kg worth of sand bags which would put a normal van overweight before any products are inside, So this just isnt doable. Ever see someone using a couple of sandbags to hold a castle down outside called your local HSE immediately.

What happens when its rains?
We will always asses the weather leading up to your delivery date, If it is light rain we will continue as normal but advise you may need a towel spare to hand, Heavy rain for the day or majority of your hire we will contact you and cancel and you will be given a option to rebook to a future date of your choice, if you do not wish to rebook you will be able recieve a 50% refund of the full amount, As per our booking we take a minimum 50% booking fee this is NON refundable.

Wind speeds!
Wind speeds or gusts above 24mph can be very dangerous and it is recommended that above 24mph we cancel, We do take into consideration the area/location, However our priority is your safety over profits so please understand we are not cancelling for the fun of it, we are cancelling because we have a duty of care. In the event of a cancellation of wind speeds we you will be given the option to rebook to a future date of your choice or a 50%refund, As per our booking form we take a minimum 50% NON REFUNDABLE booking fee.

Why do i need more space than the actual inflatable size?
We get asked this quite alot to be honest, The reason we have a REQUIRED SPACE (which you can find on the product itself just click on your product then select size and see the required space) is because the castle itself may only be 12x12ft and 10.5 ft in height but we ask for 19ft long 16ft wide and 11ft height is for the safety of the user and to stop any damage to the inflatable, As you can imagine bouncy on a castle if fun but also can cause some falls, if someone was to fall off the side of the front step and we didn't have the required space they could hit there head off the fence/wall and cause serious injury, But if you have the required space it allows someone to fall freely and prevents entrapment.
The height is purely to allow the castle to fully erect and if its indoors it doesn't cause any damage to the venue.
If you have not checked the required space and we turn up to deliver and it does not fit we will cancel and you WILL NOT be issued any refund. It is down to the customer to measure the area, we take no responsibility for the measurements of the area needed.
The blower tube at the back is 3ft long and the mats are 3ft wide so that helps us set your inflatable correctly without any issues.

Can you hire overnight or for multiple days?
We do offer overnight hire and multiple day hire BUT you do need to have a secure garden for example fences or high hedges all the way round and the access to the garden must be locked at night or when your not in the property, Venues are very similar it has to be secured overnight, the customer is liable for the cost of the product in the event of damages or theft.

What happens if i want to cancel my booking?
If you wish to cancel your booking within 14 days of day of delivery you will NOT be issued any refund and you will not be given the option to rebook, However please do contact us as we are human and we will try and help as and where we can, Cancellations 14 days and more we will offer a full refund.

Do you i need power?
All we need it a 13amp socket (general house socket) we supply a extension lead 25 metres long and can supply a additional extension lead at a extra cost, We CANNOT go further than 50metres as it will cause the extension leads to trip or your electrics to trip in your home.
If you wish to have a generator you can give us a call and we can let you know what power generator you will need to hire.
If your having more than one inflatable then it will be 1 extension lead per inflatable and one socket per inflatable.

Are you Insured ?
We are indeed we have 5million public liability insurance which if your venue or yourself would like a copy then its on our website to download, However if you have any questions in relation to our insurance please do give us a call.
Our insurance covers us for any accident injury deemed our fault due to the set up of our equipment.

Are your inflatables safe?
Of course!! Our inflatables are tested annually by a independent inspector Also known as PIPA or RPII, its like a MOT for inflatables.
Also all our inflatables are to BSEN 14960 Standard too, So when booking with us you can have peace of mind everything is done to the highest standard.

How far can you deliver too?

We Deliver our inflatables to areas like Northampton, Kettering, Wellingborough, Silverstone, West Haddon, And many more surrounding areas.
